Wrongful Death Suit Claims Toyota Sienna ‘Not Reasonably Crashworthy’

Toyota Motor and Bella Automotive Group were hit with a product liability lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court. The case was brought by Bishop & Mills and Sheftall & Associates on behalf of William D. Fay and Shane S. Smith. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:21-cv-01339, Smith et al v. Toyota Motor Corporation et al.
